Paco began his professional dance career in 1998 with the show "Country Tonite" in Branson, Missouri. While in Branson, he also choreographed for the Osmond Brothers. In 2000, Paco moved to Las Vegas, Nevada to perform in "Legends in Concert" at the Imperial Palace. He then moved to Los Angelas to train at The Edge Studio. He signed with the BBA Agency and appeared in many commercials such as Miller Lite and Dr. Pepper. Paco was featured in Dance and Fitness Magazine, based in West Hollywood. His most recent contract was with the Norwegian Cruise Line. In 2005, Paco moved back to Missouri where he has worked with many competitive dance teams.
