The second disc includes a three phase workout that starts with slower movements, progresses to an intermediate pace, followed by the core burning pace we like to call combat speed! So Karobics is totally customizable for the user at any level.

A: The third DVD shows a step by step break down of what each exercise means. You will see a female take down a man twice her size and learn how to apply what you’ve learned.

Q: How will I know I can use the self defense if I need it?
A: You gotta practice! The fundamentals of any self defense program is to practice and develop reflexes that come out naturally when you need them. Repetitive practice creates good habits.
